Purpose and Compatibility
Designed for integration with Panasonic IP-PBX systems (KX-NS, NSX, KX-HTS824RU series). The device registers as a SIP phone (P-SIP). No license is required for KX-HTS824, but an activation key is needed for NS and NSX.

Not compatible with PBXs from other manufacturers or older Panasonic models like KX-NCP.

Video and Imaging

• Maximum resolution: 1600 × 1200 pixels (≈2 MP)

• Fixed focus lens: 2.8 mm, F1.8, focus distance from approx. 0.4 m

• Field of view (4:3): ~92° horizontal, ~70° vertical, ~115° diagonal; (16:9): ~52° vertical, ~106° diagonal

• Supports up to 3 streams: RTSP for PC, SIP call, and RTSP for mobile; resolutions from QVGA to 1600×1200, up to 30 fps

• Supported codecs: H.264 for video, JPEG for RTSP

Audio and Communication

• Built-in microphone and speaker with echo cancellation, volume control, mute

• Supported codecs: G.711, G.722, G.729a

• Interfaces: RJ-45 Ethernet (10/100Base-T) with PoE (IEEE 802.3af), plus Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n (2.4 GHz) with WPS support

Events and Control

• Sensors: motion, sound, external I/O (e.g. call button or door relay)

• Automation features: SIP call, image/video upload to FTP/HTTP/network server, triggered by event or schedule

• Supports up to 10 simultaneous connections (RTSP + SIP)
